After seven years of delays, the Terry Brown amphitheater in Columbus is set to be completed under the leadership of Columbus’s new mayor, Stephen Jones.
Mississippi University for Women’s student-run newspaper, The Spectator, celebrates 120 years of publication this November. Not only does The Spectator serve as a round-up of campus news for students, but it also serves as a historical time capsule and the face of The W’s student history.

Four of The W’s ceramics students, alongside associate professor of art, Ian Childers, visited California for 11 days to meet West Coast artists, see new sights and gain new perspectives on the artistic processes.
