All Mississippi University for Women sports have been canceled for the remainder of the spring semester because of the outbreak of the new coronavirus COVID-19.
As the new coronavirus, COVID-19, sweeps the entire world, the Mississippi University for Women campus hasn’t been spared by the pandemic. As in-person classes, events and gatherings have been canceled, students have departed campus sooner than expected.
There is something about these commercials that just resonate differently than others. Perhaps because these ads cost more than $5 million dollars for just 30 seconds of footage there is a drive to be more creative in what is produced.
In the time we spend here getting involved in different groups, we don’t really slow down to think of how much time we’ve really dedicated to these sanctuaries. We build bonds and dedicate ourselves to these groups, building pieces of our own individual picture of The Long Blue Line.
Politics at Mississippi University for Women often seems to involve a small percentage of the student body, but there are two clubs keeping students active and informed.
